Marugalam S. Kannan
Dr. Marugalam S. Kannan is the Dean and Head of Orthodontics at Sree Balaji Dental College & Hospital, Chennai, where he has served for over 23 years. He earned his BDS in 1998 and MDS in 2002 and holds board certification from the Royal College of Surgeons, Glasgow. A distinguished clinician and academic, he has over 100 publications indexed in Scopus and PubMed, including 60 international papers as first author. Former Editor of IOS Times and Joint Secretary of the Indian Orthodontic Society, he also serves as Assistant Registrar of Bharath University. A KOL for Ormco India, he specializes in the Damon System with over 3,000 treated cases.
