Abstract
The rapid evolution of digital technologies has transformed every stage of modern
restorative dentistry — from diagnosis to final delivery. This presentation explores how
neuromuscular principles can be seamlessly integrated within digital workflows using
Exocad and complementary technologies such as jaw tracking, surface
electromyography (sEMG), intraoral scanning, and CBCT imaging. By merging
physiological data with digital design, clinicians can achieve restorations that are not
only esthetic and minimally invasive but also functionally precise and neuromuscularly
balanced.
Through clinical examples and practical demonstrations, participants will learn how to
capture accurate mandibular dynamics and muscle activity to guide digital bite
registration and virtual articulation. The session highlights how this data-driven
